Location: Kürnbach (Baden) Employment Type: Shift work, Full-time Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring complex production equipment with a focus on efficiency and safety
• Conducting preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production flow
• Collaborating closely with quality assurance teams to maintain high product standards
• Documenting maintenance activities and operational data to support process optimization

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or a comparable technical qualification
• Practical experience in industrial manufacturing environments, preferably within the food, pharmaceutical, or automotive sectors
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
