Strategic Project Manager for AMLA (m/w/d)

DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) for a company in the finance sector in Frankfurt am Main. You will manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinate teams and stakeholders, monitor progress, budgets, and risks, and drive continuous improvements in project processes.

• Planning, coordinating, and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives

• Coordinating internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient project execution

• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing appropriate measures to address potential issues

• Preparing project plans, status reports, and documentation to maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle

• Identifying opportunities to improve project processes, optimize workflows, and enhance overall project performance

• Relevant academic degree and recognized project management certification

• At least 4 years of experience in project management or PMO roles

• Experience in establishing PMO structures and project management standards

• Experience in coaching and supporting project teams

• Excellent written and spoken English skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• A interim employment contract according to the DGB/GVP collective agreement

• Above-average compensation, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses
