Service Manager Extended Enterprise for Airbus (m/w/d)

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Service Manager" (f/m/d) Extended Enterprise

Your tasks:

• Prepare, implement and realise services during the Life Cycle
• Ensuring of the customer satisfaction in regards of the services, products and service support
• Identifying opportunities to offer new services, products and service support
• Acting as contact person for all internal and external stakeholders around the Extended Enterprise services
• Performing performance reviews
• Support in case of escalations, finding a solution and carrying out the necessary steps to maintain a trusting cooperation. Monitoring of the service quality based on existing SLAs
• Ensuring smooth Entry-into-Service whenever a new Extended Enterprise solution is implemented

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the field of IT / information systems, aerospace and project management
• Experience in service management and stakeholder management
• Basic knowledge in Extended Enterprise processes, methods and tools
• Knowledge in JIRA & Confluence
• Basic knowledge about network and virtualisation technologies
• Negotiation-level English skills
• Spanish, German and/or French would be a plus
• Advanced communication skills in international environment
