Recruiting Assistant in Human Resources (m/f/d) for a financial authority in Frankfurt am Main.

In this role, you will support the HR team with various administrative tasks and contribute to the efficient management of HR processes.

• Organization of administrative support for the recruitment process

• Support in selection procedures, including screening applications, tests, and interviews

• Assistance to selection committees throughout all phases of the process

• Collaboration with supervisory companies for monitored tests

• Preparation of job postings, offer letters, and support in pre-contractual checks

• Management of the hiring schedule and reserve lists

• Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment; advantageous: experience with structured procedures in EU/international organizations

• Good basic IT skills, especially Excel; advantageous: experience with recruitment tools

• official working language: English

• Structured, flexible, and team-oriented working style

• A interim (9-months plus possibility to prolong) employment contract according to the BAP collective agreement

• Above-average compensation, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses
