Project Manager Finance (m/w/d)

DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) for a company in the finance sector in Frankfurt am Main. In this responsible position, you will ensure the coordination of complex, cross-organizational projects, act as an interface between technical and business units, and ensure compliance with governance, compliance, and project requirements.

• Coordinate and integrate multiple workstreams to ensure smooth workflow, regulatory compliance, and fulfillment of technical requirements

• Assist in leading cross-functional teams, including IT, Legal, and Business Units

• Plan projects, monitor progress, and maintain schedules, dashboards, and reports

• Align priorities across all teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution

• Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and manage administrative project tasks

• Support risk management activities to proactively prevent delays

• Document insights and best practices to drive continuous process improvement

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination in an international environment

• Experience in project planning and coordination of technical, legal, and compliance workstreams

• Understanding of IT infrastructure and data transfer processes

• Excellent written and spoken English skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• A interim employment contract according to the DGB/GVP collective agreement

• Above-average compensation, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses
