On behalf of SIEMENS ENERGY, we are looking for a Project Manager - AI & Automation (m/f/d) in Muelheim an der Ruhr. This is a personal leasing role. Your responsibilities: Driving AI/automation initiatives from ideation through implementation and scale-up, with measurable business impact
Identifying, prioritizing and developing high-value use cases across multiple Business Areas, fostering alignment and reuse
Managing project execution: roadmaps, business cases, KPIs, timelines, resources, risks, stakeholder expectations
Coordinating international, cross-functional teams and external partners
Hands-on support for pilots, validating concepts, promoting data-driven decision-making, ensuring responsible/secure/compliant implementation
What you'll bring: Master´s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
Several years´ experience in project management, digital transformation, process optimization or automation within an international setting
Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, driving cross-functional teams and organizational change
Solid knowledge of AI, Generative AI, AI agents and workflow automation, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions
Hands-on experience implementing AI- and data-driven solutions (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, RPA, SQL, Python, Snowflake)
Fluent English, proactive and innovation-driven mindset, willingness to travel up to 25%
