Programme Cabin Integration - Supply Integration Manager for Airbus (m/w/d)

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Programme Cabin Integration - Supply Integration Manager" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Ensuring Multi-Functional Team (MFT) develops and implements the WB strategy which allows to meet WB programme expectations
• Cascading WB requirements and targets (e.g. Cabin TPIR, Operational programme targets) Communicate and validate WB programme status/inputs (production rates, re-allocation scenarios)
• Provide visibility, steer progress and efficiency of all WB programme supplier-related initiatives and improvement projects (e.g. Lead-time reduction, Close-to-known, Skywise deployment, etc.)
• Provide WB Programme (incl. FAL) view on Supplier performance, R and O, steer appropriate actions and agree dedicated action plans in the MFT
• Releasing WB programme inputs for KBT (introduction scenario, Recurring / Non-Recurring Cost (RC/NRC) amortization, Business Case programme inputs)
• Provide WB programme strategy inputs for RFI/RFP and final approvals.Validate suppliers costs evolution (RC and NRC ) Steer progress and efficiency of MFT contribution to WB key projects (Maturity, Ramp-up, RC convergence)
• Support and provide budget allocation and priority setting within MFT
• Reconcile supplier performance and impact on the production cycle Assess the cost benefit analysis behind proposed MFT project initiatives and Go/No-Go decision (budgeting and resourcing)

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Economics or a comparable qualification
• More than 4 years of experience in the field of Project leading
• More than three years of experience in the field of engineering and contract management
• More than one year of experience in the field of Manufacturing/ Production
• Fluent in English
