Operations Manager for AMLA (m/w/d)

DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (m/f/d) for a company in the finance sector in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, aligning stakeholders, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and supporting the successful implementation of project objectives.

• Plan, coordinate and oversee operational activities to ensure efficient and effective business processes

• Support teams and stakeholders in optimizing workflows, resolving operational challenges and achieving business objectives

• Monitor operational performance, identify risks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and ensure appropriate actions are taken

• Coordinate communication, meetings and reporting with relevant stakeholders, management and cross-functional teams

• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes, procedures and ways of working to increase efficiency and overall performance

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in an international environment

• Experience in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management

• Good understanding of IT environments and technical processes

• Excellent written and spoken English Skills, German is a plus

• A interim employment contract according to the DGB/GVP collective agreement

• Above-average compensation, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses
