Your Tasks: - Second level support for Incidence, Request Management plus On-Call Services - Cloud Engineers will analyze incidents, collect the logs, solve and create, whenever possible, a resolution procedure that can be reused by Cloud Operators in future subsequent events - The Cloud Engineers will interact with Hardware / Software third party support in case a procedure is not available or does not provide the expected result.
- Fulfilment of Special Service Request (no documented processes).
- Cloud Engineers will collaborate with Teams for transmitting suggestions and improvements areas for Cloud Platform.
- Coordination activities between remote and local teams.
- Maintain operational procedures and documentation related to Cloud platform.
- Maintain control of Super User privileges to all Hardware and Software elements under the Service Provider Run services.
- Receive and track Hardware, Software and license shipments.
- Deploy automatically and configure products, Applications or services.
- Update hardware inventory.
- Generate release to production acceptance criteria.
- Manage role-based access controls and access management.
- Define and execute Cloud platform monitoring.
- Domain Controllers management, compliant with Security rules.
- Antivirus management and Security scan.
- Firewall management based on Service Requests.
- Network troubleshooting.
- Monitor, supervise and manage licenses
- Start and monitor Backup processes.
- Start and monitor Restore processes.
- Verifying backups have completed successfully and, where errors are detected, take corrective action.
- Perform scheduled and requested backups and restores
- Platform patches, rollouts and security updates also manual deployment based on Service Requests
Your skills: - Good general knowledge of the IT market (hardware and software)
- Structured, process-oriented and independent way of working
- Good knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems
- Network knowledge
- Good understanding of customer processes and procedures
- Good knowledge of call tracking systems
- Experience in dealing with SLA & OLA
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and independently
- Good written and spoken English and German
- Driving license class B
- Willingness to be on call

You already have experience with:
Hyper-V, Citrix SDK, Hedvig Software Distributed Storage, SCOM, HPE Apollo / Moonshot, Morpheus (Cloud Management Tool)
