For our valued partner in the international energy industry, we are looking for a

Engineering Manager (m/f/d) for the Berlin location.

Join us as an Engineering Manager in Berlin and become the driving force behind the development and implementation of groundbreaking engineering solutions. In this key leadership position, you will coordinate complex projects across multiple disciplines, nurture the professional growth of your team members, and champion a collaborative approach that brings together diverse perspectives to solve challenging technical problems and deliver exceptional results.
Your tasks:
Oversee and coordinate all engineering activities within the project, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met
Plan and manage the engineering budget, resources, and workload, including risk and change management
Lead and motivate multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Manage technical interfaces and ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards
Organize and participate in design reviews, addressing technical issues and driving resolution
Oversee document and configuration management, tracking design changes and approvals
Support procurement by preparing or reviewing technical specifications and ensuring design deliverables meet project objectives
Your qualifications:
Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Several years of experience in project engineering or technical project management
Strong understanding of engineering processes, standards, and best practices
Proven leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Experience with project planning, budgeting, and risk management
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
