Your Responsibilities Coordinate and train ERP users
Ensure data quality and proper data maintenance
Support departments in efficient ERP usage
Collect, clean, and structure data from various sources
Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations
Derive actionable recommendations for management and teams
Lead digital transformation and implement new strategies
Optimize processes and improve operational efficiency
Manage IT operations and lead internal team members
Execute departmental action plans in line with group strategy
Ensure compliance in IT, digitalization, and security
Your Profile Fluent in English (mandatory); German or French is an advantage
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
Proven track record in digital transformation projects
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Leadership experience and the ability to manage change
