Your tasks:

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with international airlines

• Processing tenders and creating business proposals

• Negotiating and concluding Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Ensuring compliance with commercial agreements regarding quality and delivery times

• Acting as the interface between customers and internal teams for seamless service execution

• Proactive communication with customers, problem-solving, and developing improvements

• Monitoring and reporting relevant KPIs

What you bring:

• Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the aviation industry

• Fluent English skills, German is an advantage

• High level of customer orientation, empathy, and communication skills

• Assertiveness and resilience in stressful situations

• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
