For our valued partner in the energy industry, we are looking for a

Commissioning Manager (m/f/d) based in Munich.

Getting a power plant from construction to full operation is no small feat it demands precision, experience and the ability to lead a team through every challenge that comes with it. Your tasks:
Lead and manage the commissioning team throughout the full execution of gas turbine and combined cycle power plant (CCPP) startups
Develop and oversee the commissioning strategy, schedule and budget from planning through to customer handover
Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with EHS requirements and defined safe systems of work
Coordinate contractual acceptance tests with the customer and manage punch list items through to completion
Monitor project milestones and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in close coordination with Site Manager and Project Management
Ensure quality compliance across all commissioning activities, including inspections, tests and witness points as contractually required
Identify and resolve technical issues proactively, escalating where necessary and driving non-conformity follow-up
Manage system turnover from construction to commissioning and execute final handover to the customer in line with contract requirements

Your qualification:
Engineering degree from an accredited university
Proven commissioning experience with strong technical knowledge of gas turbines and combined cycle power plants (CCPP)
Experience in leading teams of supervisors and technicians through pre-commissioning and commissioning activities independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues on site
Solid understanding of project risk management and mitigation planning
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong team-oriented mindset
Fluent in spoken and written English
